Good product
After searching for an alternative to minoxidil, I found this product to be the closest comparison. With these products you have to give them time, I am on my 4th bottle with two in reserve, due to the popularity of this product I felt it necessary to stock up. I am really pleased with this product, my hair feels thick, looks thicker and there is regrowth. I never really noticed fall out just thinning, but as mentioned hair is looking thicker so there is a definite sign of it working. I have been using this product for about 6 weeks and I am very pleased after a short period of time. Only draw back is that it leaves hair a bit sticky but you can use this to your advantage to style your hair. Recommend taking pictures every three weeks or so to see how it is working.

Never use conditioner
If your hair is thinning do not use conditioner! I switched from alpecin to the DS Lab shampoo and conditioner and at first I thought it was working but then after 4 weeks my hair starting to fall out, and quickly. I've switched back to alpecin and my hair is thicker again and I rarely see hair washing down the plug hole.

Best yet
This DS Laboratories Spectral Dnc-N really works! Period. Give it at least 3 months to see difference or take pictures every other week. You will be pleasantly surprised. I've tried minoxidil for A YEAR! And no result. This worked in 3 months. Use with DS Lab shampoo and watch it grow. Won't be disappointed!
