The vivid 7" colour LCD displays your images, photos, movies in crystal clear quality and great music. Its 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio is perfect for standard definition through to HD digital television. This native 16:9 aspect ratio means your videos will display without black bars at the top and bottom of the picture and without a loss in quality which comes from scaling and altering an image for a different screen size.
Dual screens enable you to display the same videos or images from the portable DVD player. Just plug in and mount the screens on the headrests in your car to watch your favourite DVD movies or view your JPEG photos with friends and family in the back seats.
Compatible with most DVD and CD discs, the Philips Portable DVD Player can play: DVD+/-R, DVD+/-RW, (S)VCD and CD. It can also play MP3 discs for storing up to 10 hours of music on a single CD. The DVD-Video player will remember where you last stopped watching when powered off directly or if it runs out of power mid-way through a film. If you keep the same disc in the player and stop watching, then the player will resume from the last point you reached. - A.D.
