Massage is a voyage of discovery. The pure touch of this deeply relaxing synergy soothes the mind, melts tension and harmonises the body. Specially formulated with hand selected pure essential oils including rosewood, Melissa, marjoram, geranium, rosemary, lavender and chamomile. The body can run on over drive and high stress levels for long periods of time, however it is essential to 'check' yourself every now and again to make sure you relax and slow down. Try swimming, yoga or pilates as a form of gentle exercise, have a massage regularly, make time to read, or indulge in a long soothing bath. Your body needs to recharge periodically in order to perform to its maximum.
Directions for use:
Pour a small quantity in the hand, warm between the palms and massage using long sweeping movements. Practice abdominal breathing.
