Good
4I have combination type skin and do not find this to be overly drying, although it has not cleared up my spots, it has not made them worse and it's early days yet. It leave your face feeling soft, not overly tight or dry. Not a miracle cure, for me at least, but a very good cleanser to all intents and purposes. Would recommend.

Excellent Cleanser But Drying
4An excellent cleanser. Does what it says but will leave your skin dry & tight. You will definitely need a moisturiser as per your skin type after use. I recommend PureTskin Hidramat for oily skin.

All round decent product, highly recommended
4The consistency and smell of this product resembles that of Fairy Liquid - how some of the reviewers here could find its smell pleasant I don't know! But I disagree - this is a good product, as with any products that contain Hydroxy Acids as the active ingredient, this product increases the rate of cell turnover (removal of older cells, stimulating new cell growth) thereby improving general complexion and skin tone. On using 'Clean', the product creates and oddly pleasant sensation, though leaves the skin feeling rather taught afterwards - perhaps due to the dehydrating effects of alcohol combined with the acids present in the formula. Overall good product. The price is reasonable given the price of some generic Hydroxy Acid products.

Great face wash!
4TIP: Submerge the closed bottle in a sink of hot water for a minute as you are doing something else, then it virtually pours out.

Deep Cleansing
4Does a great job & really leaves your skin feeling fresh. Shame about the silly bottle though. Not great for taking into the shower.

4Here's a tip .. get the pump dispenser off another product (I used boots hand wash), and the packaging is perfect

It feels good!
4I'm on the constant lookout for a facial wash for my easily irritated and prone to redness skin. This one seems to work. It has gel consistency, you need very little of it and it has a super fresh smell. It definitively does not dry your skin out, but does not leave any oily residue either. Recommended to fellow redskins :-).

Great product, shame about the container
4Effective face wash - best I've tried so far, but I am looking for something else simply because its a pain to dispense. Pump action needed please and then you've got a user-for-life.

Well worth it
4The packaging is a pain, but a great product. Because it's got AHAs, your skin can get kind of flaky when you go to put on a moisturizer, so I normally use this wash, then either a scrub or a rough pad do scrub off all the dead skin that CLEAN has loosened. My skin has definitely improved since I bought it though... Highly recommended.

The good, the bad and the annoying.
4I have used this product for well over a year now so I thought I would write a considered review. I have also suffered from acne and spots since my teenage years well into my 30's. If you stick with the product through the odd breakout then, over time, it really does work. Yes, use a good moisturiser (I like Anthony Logistics) as it can be a bit harsh at times depending how your skin is on a particular day. Don't expect instant results and use it as part of a good daily regimen. Give it a few months and one day you look in the mirror and see the difference. Yes I really hate the packaging and getting a blob out of the bottle in the morning takes some patience. I found the best way is to leave the cap on and shake the bottle upside down until you feel the 'thump' as a large blob hits the cap and then unscrew it. I think I will try the pump dispense idea for the next bottle.
